Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products only items that are not personalised may be returned.

All returns postage costs are payable by the customer and no refund of postage incurred will be given by Cards2Keep.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the returns provider; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please contact us for return address details. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
